We founded a family business in Barcelona 18 years ago, dedicated to buying and selling real estate for Family Office, and local and international investors. The expansion led us to create a vacation rental department to seek the maximum return on all these assets.
For this, different brands were created, all of them with a high reputation in the market, giving good results to our owners. To this end, an internal management system was created that was later marketed to third-party companies, which allowed us to know how to manage our apartments even better and have data on the best national and international destinations. We were one of the few companies in the sector capable of bringing together our own technology company and our own vacation rental company.
Now we take another leap in quality and we go to Andalusia. We want to contribute all our knowledge as a group, our strategy, vision and agility to changes to our future owners, from the demand and good practices.
