  • A thorough and comprehensive inspection of the property to identify potential problems, damages or areas that require immediate or future attention. This includes the review of electrical systems, plumbing, structures, finishes and equipment.
  • Professional and efficient repair of any damaged or malfunctioning item. This covers a wide range of services, including but not limited to: repair or replacement of faulty faucets, adjustment or replacement of light switches, maintenance or change of locks, appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, and any other repair necessary to keep the property in perfect condition.
