During the event, the commemorative poster for this year's Velá del Arenal 2025 was unveiled, a work by artist Rocío Morales Sanzano.
What is the Velá del Arenal 2025?
It is an event, promoted by the Seville City Council's Department of Major Festivals, the Old Town District, and the neighborhood association, which transforms the section of Adriano Street between the Baratillo Chapel and Otto Moeckel Street for charity. A large booth and stage will be set up, and a full cultural program will be held there from 5:00 PM to midnight.
The highlight of this evening is its charitable purpose: all proceeds will go to the Charity Fund of the nine brotherhoods in the Arenal neighborhood, thus strengthening their essential social work.
