3rd Vegan Tapas Route in Seville

Seville is back in fashion in terms of gastronomy and the proposal of the 3rd Vegan Tapas Route appears. The UVE (Spanish Vegetarian Union) is bringing back the ‘Veggie Vuelta’ in the city of Seville to promote and promote vegetable proposals in the bars, restaurants and cafes of the capital of Andalusia.

On this occasion, 7 spaces are participating in this event that will offer vegan bites that will not exceed 3 euros and there will be a total of 12 different tapas, which can be tasted in each of the establishments.

This 2024, the vote will be held through a QR code to rate the favorite tapas of the attendees that can be found in the participating establishments and on the social networks of Veggie in Seville. (@veggie_en_sevilla), is an account dedicated to talking about bars, restaurants and shops in Seville with vegan options that, in addition, has collaborated in several editions of the Tapa Route.

The bars that participate in the Vegan Tapa Route are the following:

  • Arte Sabor y Tapas Restaurant. Eggplant timbale with soy sauce.
  • Bendala Brasería and its crunchy lasagna with roasted avocado, pico de gallo and miso caramel.
  • Kioscoffe Sevilla presents its Soft Serve ice cream from Oatly (€2) and a vegan cake (€2.50)
  • Kungfu Noodle Sevilla. Lamián sautéed in a wok by hand; Lanzhoy-style cucumber and lamián with tofu and shiitake.
  • Los Tulipanes Bar Bistro, which will participate with salmorejo; falafel and potato twister.

The V-Label seal, which was created in 1995, certifies whether a product is vegan or vegetarian and is awarded by the EVU (European Vegetarian Union), an organization founded in 1988 in the Netherlands, with more than 200 societies from more than 30 countries. In addition to the creation of the V-Label seal, the EVU represents its members in the EU, which fights to increase public awareness about vegan life and tries to put pressure on the political decisions of governments and institutions.

The Spanish Vegetarian Union (UVE) was founded in Spain in 2003 and THE SUN PLACES is waiting for you in one of its luxury apartments in Seville to celebrate this 3rd edition of the Vegan Tapas Route from November 1st to 10th.
